Another early day (they really are all early starts) as we travel along the scenic coastal route of the Nine Glens of Antrim and visit the Giant's Causeway. This is an archeological wonder with hexagonal columns formed by volcanic activity over 60 million years ago. The enormous rocks have spawned legends about the mythical giant, Finn McCool.
After we left Giant's Causeway we headed down to to Derry (or London Derry depending on your perspective) for a walking tour around the medieval city walls with a local guide. After the tour I was able to check out some traditional music at a local festival
More beautiful scenery as we head down to our Victorian hotel located on Dublin Bay.
